The best heat for your health - thanks to the Physiotherm principal
The Physiotherm principle achieves an especially careful, efficient and safe heat application based on infrared technology. The two most important components are the patented ceramic heaters filled with volcanic sand (lava sand) and the low temperature infrared technology.
The Physiotherm-principal
Physiotherm's low temperature infrared cabins operate within the thermo-neutral zone (air temperature between 27 and 37 ° C). At an air temperature of approximately 30 ° C, the user's back is heated evenly and without contact with infrared radiation by a specially developed radiator (a ceramic radiator filled with volcanic sand). The heat is therefore supplied exclusively locally - over 10 to 12% of the skin surface (ideally the back) - via uninterrupted infrared radiation. The intensity of the heat can be adjusted to the individual well-being or the individual heat-absorbing capacity.
The heat is distributed over the entire body from the region of the spine via the blood. The influx of slightly heated blood to the internal body (in a ratio of 90 to 10) is not stopped, so that the body temperature is raised gently and continuously from the beginning (0.2 to 0.3 ° C). Then the heat is spread from the inside out through the blood - through which the entire body is heated through and through. Excess heat can replenish the body more easily through the expansion of the blood vessels in the skin and through the formation of sweat than at ambient temperatures of more than 37 ° C.
The Physiotherm principle also only slightly reduces the cardiovascular system when used for more than 30 minutes. This makes it possible to intensively 'heat up' with intensive perspiration and ensure a better circulation of the entire organism.
The use of Physiotherm's infra-red cabins can improve the circulation and the care of organs, muscles, connective tissue and skin. In addition, the applied technique helps to promote the metabolism, form pain-relieving transmitters and modulate the immune system. In addition, the strong perspiration can support the detoxification of the body. These are just a few effects of the healing depth of heat, which can relieve many health complaints.
The following conditions must be fulfilled if the heat is to be optimally penetrated into the skin:
-Thermoneutral zone (air temperature between 27 and 37 ° C) - Irradiation of 10 - 12% of the skin surface (ideally the back) - Uninterrupted infrared radiation - Heat supply without load - Non-contact heat supply without direct pressure contact - Low temperature principle (limited load on heart and blood vessels)
